The menu, designed by Hinterland Executive Chef Kelly Qualley and Whistling Swan Executive Chef Adam Schierl explores contemporary American cuisine. The menu is executed by Chef Adam Schierl. Their journey to create bold flavors traverses a diverse selection of locally foraged produce, wild game, freshwater and saltwater fish flown in from distant waters.
Our wine list also boasts an impressive selection of wines from across the world. All wines are chosen for their distinctiveness and compatibility with our menu.
