Situated in charming downtown Fish Creek, WI, the Whistling Swan is open year-round. In the summer months, guests can enjoy the featured dinner menu seven days a week.
Beginning in November, we are open Tuesday through Saturday and diners will find a weekly rotation of special menus. Tuesday's mini-menu features a short list of big flavor dishes all under $15 with specials on both wine and hand-crafted Hinterland tap beer. Wednesday and Thursday offers a 3 course menu for $30 and an array of appetizers a la carte. Friday and Saturday of the winter months, the menu expands to the full offering of starters, entrees and desserts. Whichever day you choose to dine with us, you will find the flavors urban and inventive, always in the context of the casual elegance of the Whistling Swan's dining room.
The menus, designed
by Whistling Swan Executive Chef, Adam Schierl, and Sous Chef, Ryan Duebler, explore contemporary American cuisine. Their journey to create bold flavors traverses a diverse
selection of locally foraged produce, wild game, local freshwater fish and saltwater
fish flown in from distant waters.
Our wine list also boasts an impressive selection of wines from across the world. All wines are chosen for their distinctiveness and compatibility with our menu.
All of this in
a charming and inviting dining room, set aglow with a
wood-burning fireplace, intimate candlelight and white linen covered tables.
